It is important to get the perfect fit. Please measure to be sure.
To get the perfect fit: Measure your wrist snuggly just below the wrist bone and note your exact measurement. Use this measurement to choose the size that matches closest to your wrist size going slightly larger (never smaller). If your measurement matches the sizing options exactly, go one size up for a more comfortable fit.

With any stretch bracelet, it is important when putting it on, that you roll the bracelet up your hand and onto your wrist instead of stretching and tugging at the bracelet ensuring less wear on the stretch cording. Each bracelet is triple strung for extra durability. 

To Clean:

Semi-precious stones: simply wipe with a damp cloth to remove dirt and grime and dry thoroughly. 

Wooden beads do show wear faster than semi-precious stones. For greater longevity, do not wear them while bathing, swimming or other activities that include heavy sweating. Clean with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
